Experience

Clementi Environmental Consulting offers 30 years of experience in environmental regulation and is well respected in the environmental consulting community. Our firm's experience ranges from permitting a convenience store to permitting 12,000 acres. We design and build wetland mitigation areas. We understand fiscal constraints and do not over design our projects to line our pockets. CEC designs and permits what is best for your project in the least expensive way possible. CEC staff has excellent writing and communication skills which includes negotiating with agency staff on your behalf. Ms. Clementi understands the issue facing HOAs and CDDs as she was a CDD supervisor for six years including chairing the CDD.

Prior to establishing Clementi Environmental Consulting, LLC, Rosanne Clementi was co-founder of Southeast Environmental Solutions, Inc., established in January 1995, where she served as President for 15 years. Rosanne is a working principle. When you contract with CEC you get experience, integrity.
